The founding of Mahanakhon Catering began with me, Chalita Schmocker, a passionate cook who has had a love for Thai cuisine since childhood. I have been fortunate enough to work in various areas of the hospitality industry both in Thailand and Switzerland—including 5-star hotels, catering companies, and private dining events.
Over time, I realized that catering is where I truly belong. I love fulfilling my clients' individual wishes – every event is unique, and that's exactly what makes it so exciting for me.
This is how the idea of starting my own business was born – with the goal of offering authentic Thai dishes of the highest quality: fresh, clean and served hot.
